Job Overview
This is a full-time role for a Senior Product Marketing Manager located in Orange County, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and managing product marketing activities. The role requires close collaboration with product management and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in business management, engineering or a related technical field, MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of progressive experience in product management , sales, or business development preferably in the electronic connector industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage product development cycles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a history of meeting deadlines and managing priorities
- Familiarity with engineering documentation, technical processes, and government/military specifications is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Experience in Sales and Product Management
- Strong skills in Product Marketing
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
